Mission Statement

A behavioral cusp is a special type of behavioral change because it provides the learner with opportunities to access new contingencies, new reinforcers, and new related behaviors that compete with problem behaviors (Cooper John O. et al. Applied Behavior Analysis 2nd ed., Pearson, 2007). These important developmental milestones are the cornerstones for an individual’s overall development. When these stages are not naturally developed, we believe they can be taught with precise interventions and strategies.  Milestones Behavioral Care is comprised of a loving and passionate group, committed to enhancing the quality of lives for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families by helping them reach their potential through prevention, intervention, and education.
